With the optional desoldering unit, components can be removed from PCBs effortlessly using the JUST SOLDER systems. Especially in times of component shortages and a growing focus on sustainable electronics manufacturing, reliable desoldering has become essential.

You can also use the unit for rework and repair of assembled boards when mis-placed or faulty components need to be removed.

Because the required temperatures are low (lead-free typically ~230 °C), component recovery and repairs can be carried out gently.

A major advantage of our desoldering process is that, in most cases, neither the component nor the PCB requires cleaning from solder residues. Separation is so clean and uniform that flat, even surfaces remain on both the board and the component.
