When developing the JUST SOLDER 250, our goal was to bring the proven soldering quality of our larger systems into a compact, highly efficient platform.

The result is a robust, industrial-grade soldering system that’s easy and logical to operate despite its small footprint. Clear software structure and an uncluttered menu guide you quickly to the desired soldering program.
A predefined soldering program is already integrated, so even users without prior experience can start soldering safely right away.

Professionals will appreciate the deeper settings to create and customize individual soldering profiles. Thanks to the integrated Wi-Fi Direct connection, process values and soldering curves can be viewed conveniently on a laptop, smartphone, or tablet—without Internet access. This keeps changes fully traceable and results highly reproducible.

The soldering process can be tailored via custom profiles to meet specific requirements, so even delicate or thermally demanding components can be soldered safely.

Vapor-phase technology distributes heat evenly throughout the process. This allows assemblies with components of different sizes and thermal masses to be soldered simultaneously—reliably and gently.
Minimize component stress
& increase quality.
In vapor phase soldering, soldering can be done at comparatively lower temperatures. The vapor transfers heat much more efficiently than heated air, as in the case of reflow convection soldering. Lead-free soldering is typically done at only 230°C as a standard. This significantly reduces component stress.

The ambient air in the soldering system is displaced by the generated vapor - allowing the Just Solder 250 to solder in an oxygen-free atmosphere. This helps avoid the formation of an oxidation layer when the solder joint is melted.
​
Reduced stress, soldering without oxidation, uniform heat distribution, and precise control of soldering parameters contribute to high reliability of the assembly, minimizing soldering errors. This means less waste and less rework.

Super-efficient
Thanks to vapor-phase technology and an efficiency-driven design, only a small amount of energy is needed for soldering. A complete soldering cycle uses just 0.13 kWh!
